Waco Ale was founded in 2018 becoming the 1st brewery in Downtown Waco. It was purchased by the Brock’s in 2023 with the goal of taking the best beer around to the next level. 2024/2025 Waco Ale Co. will move locations while still remaining in Downtown Waco. The new location will allow the growth needed for Waco Ale to be the largest Brewery in Waco square footage wise as well as production. The 2025 goal is to reach 6,000 barrels of production and get the areas best beer into the stores. The new location will also be a full restaurant with covered patio, playground, pickleball courts, and outdoor stage. Inside will feature the most TV’s of any place in town, shuffleboard, video games, indoor stage, and seating for 250 plus customers. We are looking forward to moving on to the next level and growing with you by our side!
